@veritywinsGG @ClownWorld All those things are optional and not enforced by Health code as this food is going to be cooked in a 400 to 500° oven so the chances of contamination is incredibly low. That’s why we cook food. Now if this was a sandwich shop yes he’ll be breaking health code.
