That is the #1 complaint by the investing community. The new world of small investors, having this one rule holding them (only) down, just seems outdated and unconstitutional.

Very... VeRy... VERY few fatalities from this snake's bite. And, half are dry strikes as well. Stats matter.. Ice helps until ER. Swelling does more damage to the tissues than the venom itself.
