@JaxNeutron @Wizards The worst secret lair experience thus far. Technical issues, lazy “copy and paste” messages, and a crazy limit of 12. I didn’t think it could get worse but they somehow managed it.

@TolarianCollege That was the most infuriating part of the entire drop. They asked for patience while it sold out behind during the technical issues they experienced. I’d rather find out 30 minutes into the drop but they made us wait until 2 hours.

@SaffronOlive It’s insane that they allowed 12 per order. I’d be okay with waiting half a year to get this. This was by far the worst handling of a secret lair drop I’ve encountered and I’ve done each one.

What an awful experience and a good reminder why these should be print to demand. You allowed 12 per order, paused the queue due to technical issues, and proceeded to sell out as soon as it reopened. I’ve done each secret lair too, thanks for wasting 3 hours.

@MTGSecretLair What an embarrassing launch. “Please publish this message when the queue re-opens”. Whoever handled this did an awful job. Pausing the line, selling out as soon as it reopens and shifting the queue around was a terrible experience. I wasted hours of my time, thanks for nothing.

@MTGSecretLair Why in the world did you all allow 12 per account while not having enough product? That’s insane. You knew it would sell out fast. Technical issues? Come on, this isn’t the first secret lair with a queue you’ve done. Absolute failure or a drop.

@MTGSecretLair My place in line was absolutely not the same as it was before the pause. Whoever managed this did about as bad as a job as possible. Awful experience

@MTGSecretLair This was the worst secret lair experience I’ve had and I’ve bought from each drop. Technical issues, allowing too much per person and not doing print to demand all contributed to a disaster. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my life, you all need to do better. Thanks for nothing
