@DaveMyth @playbill @HamiltonMusical That’s really not good enough. Flights have been booked - cancelation fees are hundreds $, vacation schedules at work have been arranged, etc. Maybe for some it’s not an issue, but for the majority I’m sure it is. This was a once in a lifetime opp and they effed it up.
