@angelaganote@GovBraun@ToddRokitaIN I believe it is Wawa. They’ve come in with lower prices and caused nearby stations to lower prices as well. Areas with no Wawa haven’t changed much. I’ve been noticing this since Wawa in Brownsburg and then other Wawa’s as well. Tells me these stations have been gouging for years
Not all “passive sensing” technologies measure the same thing - and that difference matters.
Tools like NDVI measure reflected light to show turf appearance and stress indicators. turfRad uses passive L-band microwave sensing to directly measure root-zone moisture.
They may be grouped under the same category, but they produce fundamentally different data.
If it doesn’t measure water, it’s not measuring moisture.

Does dew affect turfRad readings?
No, because turfRad doesn’t measure what’s on the surface.
While some tools react to appearance or temperature, turfRad measures actual moisture in the root zone.
Dew doesn’t change that.
An absolutely amazing concert last night. @brandonlake is my sons’ favorite Christian artist and rocks his own guitar during worship on weekends. God is good!
