@FirstBSA thanks for cancelling the x6 with no notice. Again. Useless. Before you ask, it’s from stop c9, Bristol city centre, going to Clevedon. Maybe let everyone else on the route know so they don’t waste time waiting??

@FirstBSA the X6 from Castlewood to Bristol didn’t arrive, the display at the stop isn’t working and the app said it’s due…then disappeared. Was the bus ever coming? Or was it another ‘ghost bus’ that didn’t even leave the station, but the tech isn’t good enough to report this?

@FirstBSA Hello? I’d like a refund please. £9 total. I’ll not bother with the petrol my wife had to use to pick me up from the train station.
