Society needs to bring back that Pee-wee's Playhouse aesthetic. People don't go out anymore? Give them a reason to visit places. Make them look cool. Make them attractions. You know, to ATTRACT people. "Oh but then they can't resell it". Then make something that lasts.

When I got out of my car I noticed several Northern Cardinals in the parking lot. I wondered if one was the Queen of the Boardwalk, so I offered snacks. One of the Cardinals flew to an overhead branch and then landed - it was her! Chickadees and Tufties also stop by.
