After a “thorough and strategic review,” Saint Louis has officially discontinued both programs effective immediately, per AD Chris May.

This is a scary thing for college tennis. Arkansas, which is a solid program, just gets cut. This goes to show that this can happen at any university. If it happened to an SEC school it can happen to any school.

I think that Ben Shelton has just solidified himself as the best American clay court player of the 2020s. He gave Alcaraz at battle at Rolland Garros last year and currently has two clay court titles, Houston in 2025 and now Munich.
