Guests will be allowed one unopened bottle of water per person. Empty reusable water bottles are also allowed and can be filled at the water fountains in the stadium. No other beverages or food will be allowed. Beverages, including water, and food will be available for purchase.
The humidity forecast is expected to be as high as 85 percent and the temperature will feel as high as 98 degrees.
Please wear comfortable, breathable, lightweight fabrics, stay hydrated during the ceremony, and consider bringing a handheld fan or umbrella.

As a reminder, only essential employees are allowed on campus this week and they are NOT allowed to park on the uptown campus anywhere between Freret and Willow.
In order to facilitate debris clearing work on the uptown campus on 9/15 and 9/16, the following streets will be closed:

🚫McAlister Place
🚫Janet Yulman Way
NO parking or driving will be allowed on these roads –no exceptions. The Diboll Parking Garage will be open.

⚠️ We are closing campus and cancelling classes through Sunday, September 12. Classes will resume online only beginning Monday, September 13 through Wednesday, October 6 to give the city time to repair and reinstate power and other critical services.
