@xLeslieErin@DanRiffle no? she was asked what her belief is how she thinks the universe was created if not by an omnipotent force, and she answers, contrary to what the other person said she never stated it as a fact
@OrcinusAstra@PALE0PUNK 30+ mins late especially without communicating, thats a friendship is not worth it moment.
I feel like thats where the major disconnect comes from. +-10mins is normally alright, but more than that regularly is just disrespectful and not worth my time imo
@OrcinusAstra@PALE0PUNK i mean a few minutes late (likew 5-10) is not bad, its annoying if it happens everytime, but there is rarely stuff where that amount of time actually destroys plans (i say that as someone who normally is 30mins early and waits somehwere). But if someone is constantly 1/2
@Sir_JesterVT@juwei_ yeah when my pc is under load while playing something thats more demanding, the area around me is a full 2+° hotter lol. Probably need some stronger ac too, only have an older monoblock that worked for everything till now (it never was 4 days of 38+° tho LOL)
@hecubian_devil Sadly people around here are insane, the entire DACH region is full of people telling you that 40° in June is normal and we always had summers like that. Lead and COVID has fried the brains of many boomer/genx people, it's incredible.
@JoachimKettelh2@Brummbinchen Blödsinn, wenn man was sinnvolles kauft, kühlt selbst ein monoblock ein Zimmer in "normal" gröse (15-25m2) mindestens 3, bei uns sogar 5 Grad runter.
@Gisele_ShoeSmug@asymmetricinfo Idc if its not hot often, summer with a chance of multiple weeks of 30+° starts in June and ends mid September nowadays, ACs are needed in hospitals since yesterday.
Being weak and unbearable hot is one of the worst feelings you can imagine.
@Gisele_ShoeSmug@asymmetricinfo Yeah I was in a hospital that didn't have ac in my country in summer during a heatwave after receiving chemo and it more miserable than the chemo itself. No chance to sleep unless chemo makes you so weak you have to, moving even an inch makes you sweat buckets. 1/2
@JeremiahDJohns yeah, im not starting new series that arent at least like a few books in and have a steady release rythm. GRRM+Rothfuss made me stop reading for quite some time, and there are only a few authors that i trust with their pace (Jim Butcher, Sanderson f.e.)
@osirisdraco@LuzRaposa vita has to rely on their teamplay/the calling, and that can sometimes fail, especially if they are not as in tune because of less practice (self made problem tho), thats my take as a vita fan.
@osirisdraco@LuzRaposa m0nesy is the only awp player that can always match zywoo and outduel him conistently, there are a few other that can do that if they have a great game, but not on a consistent basis. kyo/niko are a good match for ropz/flamez, and the skill ceiling overall is a bit higher on flc
