Hello, I have done the Airtel DTH recharge on 24th January and the amount has been debited but my pack has not got renewed and it was for 1891rs amount. Airtel team is asking everytime to wait and not resolving.

@goibibo Worst customer service and Request you to deactivate goibibo. Waiting for my refund since 10 working days and now they are saying to wait for more 48hrs. Disappointed and Unacceptable. Request everyone to Deactivate Goibibo.
