I want to report a case of crime or corruption.

On 3 November 2025, I was clamped by @CityParkingHre officers. They said the reason was that I had parked in an offloading bay. I accepted it and the fine was US$46. The lady officer left a ticket on my car windshield while I was doing my errands. (Note: I already had a valid parking ticket, and there was no sign showing I couldn’t park there, she only told me verbally.)

On the ticket, she wrote her phone number and told me to call her. When I came back, I called her, and about three officers came. They said I should go pay at Leopold Takawira Street and Speke Avenue. But they also said if I was in a hurry, I could give them the US$46 and they would send me a payment confirmation on WhatsApp.

I gave them the money and my phone number, but until now, I have not received any confirmation. I then went to the City Parking offices to check, and I was told the receipt was never paid. There is no record at City Parking showing that my car was ever clamped.
