@Kara_mello I concur. My observation is that there are people who are blind to the fact that the scope was expanded to serve other areas as well, and are also, somehow blind to the fact that with the expansion of the scope, disbursement was always going to increase.

Another issue I have noticed is that people are of the impression that the NPKTT is only working in and for KZN and do not serve their respective provinces. Hence, Sauls just asked now whether the disbandment was meant for "National" PKTT or?
