The last time Adv. Paul Hoffman cross-examined Mbeki at the Seriti Commission, Hoffman was reduced to tears and blamed the suicide of his daughter for being confrontational and condescending when he couldn’t get concessions from Mbeki.

Mbeki has already dismissed the allegations that he interfered with work of the NPA to prosecute apartheid criminals.
