As man, the best way to help a woman is to help yourself. If your life is great, women will work hard to optimize their work rate to meet up with you. Because they know you've options and won't settle for less. You'll definitely stretch hands of love, care, and affection towards her but not to your downfall.

The reason why both men and women are all advising men to help their girlfriends or wives is because at the core they all know women are less functional than men. That men will always be on top and whatever they set their minds to do women can't meet up even at comparison and at the same starting point.

Then, beg the question: why do these same women see themselves as equal to men? You can't be equal with someone and still expect that same person to lower their functionality just to accommodate your deficiencies. It doesn't make sense at all.

That's when you'll know that all forms of DEI are bullshit. It only makes sense in theory and in the brains of slowpokes.

Now, men have never had a problem helping the women they love. But in most cases these women turn their backs against the men that once helped them gain ascendancy.

Women incentivise bad behaviours and turned around to complain about the decline of chivalry. You can't reward a jerk with sex and attention and plaster the label of "Mr Nice Guy" on the man that truly loves you and go ahead to complain about it. What you incentivise is what you'll get.
