Prove that the NCA and Sam George are not doing anything to help us Ghanaians. In South Africa, the Communications Authority introduced the End-User and Subscriber Service Charter Regulations, which prevented MTN and other telcos from arbitrarily expiring unused data and bonus data. They mandated that operators allow customers to roll over unused data and transfer it to other users on the same network rather than letting bonus or purchased data lapse automatically. Under Sam George, MTN has introduced a 3-day expiration for the 108GB bundle, and he has normalized it.

In South Africa, MTN gives bonuses of over 50GB with a 30-day validity, whereas in Ghana, they give a 108GB bonus with a 3-day validity. Sam George and the NCA allowed this, and it is commercially manipulative. We have been taken for granted.
