Let me say something quickly. 😊
This life is new to her, and she’s not yet used to waking up so early. So, you may be tempted to just let her sleep until she’s ready to wake up. 😂
But here’s what you can do to make her mornings much easier:
1. Make sure she sleeps on time at night.
A well-rested child is more likely to wake up happy and ready for the day.
2. You too will have to learn to wake up early—very early. 😂
Let me tell you why.
When you wake up early, you can get her up on time, let her use the potty before her bath, and brush her teeth before bathing her.
By the time you’re done with all of that, that sleep would have left her eyes completely. 😂
3. After her bath, dress her up immediately.
Don’t let her go back to the bed, because once she lies down again, you may have to start the whole process all over. 😂
4. Give her breakfast.
Something light and nourishing is fine, and she’s good to go. ❤️
By the time you get to school, she’ll be more settled and happy to join the assembly.
I also want to believe that her teachers will allow them to rest or sleep after break time. We shouldn’t unnecessarily stress children in Creche or Nursery 1, especially during their first term. They are still adjusting to a whole new routine.
Well done, everyone! ☺️🤗❤️
