@Lea_EFC Then you also agree they made a mistake on your first goal when the assist refreee signaled offside before Guehi even collected the ball. Only reason ref did not throw his flag up is the rules state he is supposed to wait to allow play to continue if city gain an advantage

@from_hackney @Tgarratt10 You can’t ignore the offside give advantage to city allow Guehi to get the ball and then in half a second later allow advantage to go to the attacking team. If the assistant referee isn’t told to keep his flag down, it’s offside first, then a back pass.

@from_hackney @Tgarratt10 Also just watched a clip back the assistant referee stops for the offside first. Per the rules, the assistance is not supposed to put his flag up until the phase of play is over. He then turns the ball over and a goal scored. But offsides was called first

@mighty_hog @Tgarratt10 My exact point he gained an advantage from being offside still actively trying to make an impact on the play can’t act like offiside did not happen first. Same reason the city goal vs Liverpool was ruled out can’t ignore the first incident then allow the second incident
