@ramenoranges Extra Clarification:
He absolutely regrets how the initial Sonic CD Alternate Ending came out, especially with the hanging scene. So a remake would be vastly different. Though he's working on other projects too, so it's not a priority.
@ramenoranges (2/2) But nowadays he probably wouldn't include any scene like that. As he has improved a good amount with writing since this project from half a decade ago.
So I guess just, don't let this old project of his speak for him. And maybe the remake might turn things around.
@yuzokoshiro Hey Yuzo?

Do you think you still have planning documents from this tweet? Cause I think it would be great if they could get properly digitized/scanned and put online so everything is easier to read.
@RRThiel Heya, I really liked the new boss theme you released for the What a Mario World romhack in development.
I was wondering though, are you ever going to release the old version of the boss theme shown here?

I think it would be pretty neat to see.
@ClassicSonicSim And I guess another additional thing is adding the option for speed shoes to have the music pitched up instead only only sped up, just like with the Blue Spheres creator.
@ToadBup64 Kooner also decided to abandon horror in the remake when it released in 2023, focusing on being more of a classic sonic experience, and it seemed to end there but he decided to update the game in late 2025 to improve aspects like the level design that people weren't fans of.
@ToadBup64 2/2 But a year after Darkest Souls released, Kooner began work on remaking the original Dark Souls as a send off to his time in the exe community and development ended up taking much longer than he hoped with an engine switch too. But the remake released to mostly silence sadly.

Could you confirm if you've seen this post? I know you're likely to not fix some of these given their larger scope (like rain effects) but this could help with the later patches.

For instance, this track for the third phase of the Baron Dante fight, aswell as the first phase one, are not present in the original PC version's OST.
It's only the second phase theme that's used. Likely due to the PC OST not being compressed like PS1.
@ArgonautGames_@BrianMartin1226 @SM1PitB1 It's worth noting that the original PC version of Croc, which is what the Remaster is based on.
Has about 20 less tracks compared to the PS1 version.
Where the PS1 version has about 62 tracks.
But the original PC and Saturn versions have only about 40 total tracks.
@ArgonautGames_@BLRavenWizard Speaking of the PlayStation Trophies, why do you keep ignoring any tweets that mention there being no platinum trophy for the game?
It's kind of a strange thing to do, honestly. And giving those people clarification would be very helpful.
@ArgonautGames_@Kosmicra Speaking of the Playstation version of the game, what's the status on the platinum trophy for the game? Since there's quite a lot of people asking about that and would very much want to see one for the Croc Remaster.
@ArgonautGames_ @itsbirdmagic I feel like compressing them to get the file size down would at least help, so maybe it's only around 10 GB. Because when you compared it to the original that's only 700MB, it seems like an unnecessary jump that gives off vibes of lazy optimization when it likely isn't.
@ArgonautGames_ @itsbirdmagic I have to ask, why did the videos need to be in 4K even if they were gonna bloat the file size of the game so much. Especially for the PC version with 35+ GB.
I'm pretty sure nobody would have minded if they were just 1080p.
