Çin’in Ankara Büyükelçisi Jiang Xuebin’in yalnızca 18 ayda 210’dan fazla resmi görüşme gerçekleştirdiği belirtiliyor. Siyasetçiler, bürokratlar, medya, akademi, yerel yönetimler, kültür ve ekonomi…

Bunlar birbirinden bağımsız temaslar değil; Çin’in Türkiye’de kendi anlatısını güçlendirmeye ve eleştirel alanı daraltmaya yönelik çok katmanlı bir nüfuz stratejisinin parçaları.

Daha da dikkat çekici olan ise bu stratejinin Doğu Türkistan meselesine yansıması.

Pekin bir yandan Türkiye’de ekonomik, siyasi ve kültürel ilişkilerini derinleştirirken diğer yandan Doğu Türkistan konusunda kendi anlatısını yaymaya çalışıyor.

Uyghur Rights Monitor (URM), Çin’in Ankara Büyükelçisi Jiang Xuebin’in Türkiye’de yürüttüğü kapsamlı nüfuz faaliyetlerini deşifre etti.
