It’s been a min since I’ve been on here, but I woke up reflecting on my journey…
I have crossed paths with some really amazing individuals over the years while working in sports, and I pray that everyone is doing well and flourishing 🫶🏽
Real people keep their circles small; quality always beats quantity.
Focus on a few real connections instead of chasing a crowd.
Forget small talk. Go deeper: ask real questions, share what’s on your mind, and listen.
Make time for the people who matter. Don’t waste your energy on forced catchups or fake friendships—they’re not worth the headache.
Feeling lonely? Strengthen the bonds you already have. Loneliness isn’t about numbers; it’s about depth.
Pick friends who challenge you and help you grow. Show up for them every time.
