Proud of you brother!! 2 of the best years of my life was playing side by side with you at MC! One of the most motivated, hard working guys I’ve ever met. Proud to call you friend. Love ya man
“When I arrived at Mississippi College, I learned my roommate wouldn’t be staying—and just like that, I had the room to myself. No computer. No cell phone. Just an old TV with no cable and a VCR.
Right then, I decided not to waste the semester. I grabbed a notebook and listed everything I wanted to accomplish. Then I built a routine and stayed committed. My mornings started with focused time with Jesus. I got into the best shape of my life.
My grades improved dramatically. I prioritized sleep and rest and became a better baseball player. I wasn’t distracted. I was devoted. That simple shift in mindset changed everything about my life.
If you want to live intentionally, you must first think intentionally. Every choice you make shapes your outcomes. Each step you take leads somewhere, either toward purpose or away from it. Excellence requires more than discipline; it demands clarity, and a mindset sharply focused on the next step.”

Finish Empty® Chapter Two is all about building intentional momentum with purpose. Because when every step matters, mindset isn’t optional—it’s essential.

People that influence kids to specialize athletically are basically stealing their youth from them, denying them invaluable opportunities they’ll never have again. In small schools it is devastating.
