Frankly I couldn’t care less what the masses really want, or whether their real desire is the NSDAP program or the program of Popular Unity. The specific program I champion, I champion for what it is, not because X percent of the people “subconsciously” already support it.

ISKP continues to function as the "bank" of global IS. A good deal of this money is raised domestically in Khorasan by acting as guns for hire. I recently learned that a man paid ISKP $20k to take back 80 acres of land that had been seized. I strongly suspect many of the killings in Bajaur are also contract killings, which would be another source of revenue.
