The Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, is the unicameral Turkish legislature. It was founded in Ankara on 23 April 1920 in the midst of the National Campaign. 38000 English, 59000 French, 17000 Italians and 90000 Greek soldiers were on Turkish soil on that day.

The Imaret of Kavala in northern Greece was built in 1813 by Muhammad Ali Pasha (Kavala’s native, later ruler in Egypt). It served as a mosque, school, and soup kitchen for the poor. Since 2004, it has operated as a hotel.
The dome of the Has Room, which was used as the private residence of Mehmed the Conqueror in Topkapi Palace. Fascinating with its symmetry, hand-drawings and geometry, the dome's upper part includes verses 45 to 47 of Surat al-Ahzab, and verses 1 to 8 of Surah Fatah
