On the second day of Black History Month, I want us all to remember Aiyana Stanley Jones from Detroit who was shot in the head during a DEA raid in 2010. This July, she would be 20 but instead she died at 7 years old. The “War oh Drugs” took so much from the Black community.
It is not needed for jail support, but we are always in need of donations to continue to support our weekly outreach efforts and continuous flyering efforts. All donations can be sent to VoicesofVV on cshapp and vnmo. If you would like to financially support, that is how. ✊🏽

Any assistance IDing them would be appreciated by SB comrades. 1/4
Mayor Bublak further jeopardized the legitimacy and integrity of the city council tonight, after already doing so by having Rebecka Monez, a Denair resident on the council and after firing the city manager and city attorney to bring in ones she liked better.
Council members @andrewnosrati and Nicole Larson tried to push back against Bublak but her and her puppets did not care and did not allow public comment to continue.
However, rather than allowing residents their right to a platform in front of our elected officials Mayor Bublak in her words “graciously” allowed 2 out of 20+ to speak because “we all shared the same sentiment”.
Their sex education is lackluster and leaves thousands of students in TUSD without proper knowledge of sexual assault and what to do if it happens to you, pregnancies and your OPTIONS, and sexually transmitted diseases and what to do if you catch one.
clinics and hospitals try to talk women out of abortions and rarely perform them. On top of this it is a concern of the people that the City of Turlock and TUSD allow these religious centers to go into our town’s public schools and “educate” students on sex.
Actions that have put Turlock women in jeopardy for decades now as finding a safe abortion clinic in Turlock is not possible. Women have to travel outside of the city and sometimes outside of the county to receive proper access and care for their reproductive needs as Turlock/
