Where is the national outrage? Where are the nonstop headlines?

Jerard “Jay” Jackson, 28, drove a group of friends from Illinois to Michigan’s Electric Forest Festival. But after he disappeared, those same friends reportedly returned to Illinois without him.

Jay’s body was later found on June 30.

Authorities have ruled his death a suicide, but many people continue to ask questions about what happened in the days leading up to his death and why he was left behind.

Every family deserves answers. Every life deserves attention. Every story deserves to be told.
