@Dizzyonline We understand, we want to offer better shipping rates but unfortunately shipping to the UK & Europe is very expensive these days! Hopefully weโll have a better answer soon
@VincentLicas@elgato Thatโs crazy, completely a coincidence! Thereโs another user who made a 3D printed stand to put his Turn Up Mixer on top of his Streamdeck, maybe he can help out!
@Jarminx@OBSProject It means a lot to hear how much you love it! Drop us a review if you can, it goes a long way for a small business like us. Let us know if you need anything, happy new year!
Happy holidays everyone! We just released version 1.0.0 of the software! The update includes support for OBS Studio 28+, color picking enhancements, and user defined volume ranges. See the full change list in the patch notes in the software!
@Kingsidorak It is possible to do it via software, but it would require an update for each volume desired. Using the knob position is much more convenient because it can work for a wide range of volumes, device volume, program volume, obs source gain, etc.
@pump_andy I would guess the port is wrong or you need to check the "Enable Websocket server" box in OBS. The default port in OBS is 4455, but double check that the Turn Up software and OBS match. If that doesn't work, email your logs from the settings menu to [email protected].
@Kingsidorak Unfortunately the lights only reflect how far the knob is turned so if you the lights to reflect volume, they would get out of sync when using your mouse controls.
@Fencore_ That definitely sounds plausible because there's some stuff that happens under the hood in Windows to move all of the audio sessions over to the other device. Maybe the new ones aren't getting picked up in this particular case.
@Fencore_@SkffdKnerd As a workaround so you don't keep getting the error @SkffdKnerd posted, you can disable the updater by opening the program "services", right click on "TurnUpUpdater", select properties, then set "startup type" to disabled.
