New York to London for a few days and @British_Airways left my bag in New York.

They said the bag would be sent on the next flight to Heathrow. However, my genius wife put an AirTag in each of our cases and can see that my luggage has not moved an inch.

Terrible customer service on BA’s part. Hoping to have this rectified ASAP.
