I went with the family to the Rideau Centre and the @ottawacity Market this morning. Drug addicts and homeless everywhere. It’s no place for children, let alone adults. Total shame. @_MarkSutcliffe

I got sprayed by a skunk 50m into my run and I still went on to finish my 9km route, opting to deal with the smell when I returned home because I was not going to let that little, ugly rodent ruin what I set out to do. #goggins @davidgoggins

Honestly. If you can trick yourself into enjoying some form of exercise as a hobby and read books, you will literally not fail. It’s impossible. Eventually it will all click and you’re in the groove. Might be fast. Or take decades. 100% success rate tho.
