@chimplyfred Orangutans. Got interested in them as an archaeology/palaeoanthropogy student -I was surprised at how they had been relatively ignored compared to African apes and monkeys. Then I just realised they are the best species on Earth 😂.

@stephenpollard It is beautifully written and captures so much of how it feels to lose a pet. My elderly cat died last year - I miss her, she was (as every cat owner feels) one of a kind. All the best.
