@EAHelp banned my @PlayApex account for what seems to be literally no reason. Awesome job, even better job from the automated response from @EAHelp. What a joke of a company, i should've known that the customer service experience is just as toxic as the player base

@EAHelp falsely banned my @PlayApex account, I have tried to appeal for my ban multiple times and haven't gotten anywhere with the automated email response. Meaning my account is still banned, so I've turned to social media to get any help I can

@EAHelp falsely banned my @PlayApexEsports account and after days of attempting to appeal my ban the automated email states they won't help me in any way, as well as they refuse to inform me why I have been banned. I have over 2k hours in the game and a lot of money spent

@EAHelp @EA @Respawn @PlayApex @RSPN_Hideouts @jmeyels EA help stated in an email that they had detected cheats on my account, which is not true i have never cheated in any game. the second email then stated that i wasnt cheated that i had violated a user agreement, also not true. the third email stated they will no longer help me

MY APEX LEGENDS ACCOUNT WAS FALSLY BANNED. I HAVE EMAILED EA HELP MULTIPLE TIMES TO NO PREVAIL. THE CORRESPONDING EMAILS HAVE STATED 2 DIFFERENT REASONS FOR MY BAN, WHICH TELLS ME THAT YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHY YOU BANNED ME.
