Congrats to rising @THSSpartan freshman CJ Howell for winning a GOLD MEDAL at the 2023 AAU Taekwondo National Championships! CJ’s gold came in traditional Tang Soo Do forms, and he also competed in traditional World Taekwondo forms and Olympic Sparring! Well done, CJ!
