We found that smoke VOCs form surface reservoirs and thus persist indoors - meaning that air cleaners and ventilation don't permanently solve problems, but surface cleaning does!
The @AmericanAerosol#AAAR2023 conference is coming to an end and the Turpin group had a great time talking about science, meeting old and new friends, and exploring Portland!
PhD candidate Naomi Chang will present her findings on particle-phase ionic #PFAS in indoor air tomorrow at 1pm at #AAAR2023@AmericanAerosol. Make sure to stop by poster 9IA.15!
