The Turtle V was fully packed and ready to roll out of the garage in April 2020. The Pandemic shut all borders so we took the opportunity to re-evaluate our expedition vehicle and decided one major upgrade was needed: The electrical system in the camper. More about it soon.

Time warp back to 1988 on the Galapagos Islands when we had a personal introduction to Lonesome George, the last known survivor of the giant Galapagos Tortoise on the Pinta Island. On 1-25-12 Lonesome George died at approx. 100 years. Not that old! They can reach 200.
