@airindia 1.7) Thanks again for the unforgettable experience! I'll be sure to recommend Air India to all my friends and family (not really).
P.S : I spend ~ 3Lacs to experience all this.

1.1) I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received on my recent flight AI 302 from Delhi to Sydney on 17-Jan-2025. I mean, who needs a confirmed booking for their 8 month old baby when you can just give it away to someone else?
@airindia 1.6) Please do investigate this further and ask the tough questions, like "How do we manage to double-book seats?" and "What's the point of having an entertainment system if it doesn't work? and Do your staff members receive training on customer service or negotiation techniques?
@airindia 1.5) Considering the outstanding service I received, I'm only asking for a decent refund. I'm sure it's just a coincidence that your ground staff and commercial department seemed to have made a few... minor mistakes.
1.4) When I politely pointed out the error with my baby's booking, one of your staff members kindly informed me that if I wanted to travel, I had to accept the new arrangement, and if not, I was welcome to leave the plane. Talk about options! I felt so empowered by the choice.
@airindia 1.3)The non-reclining seat was the cherry on top. I've always wanted to experience the thrill of sitting upright for 14 hours straight. It was like a free yoga class!
1.2
It's not like I made the booking first or anything.
And the entertainment system? Wow! Fourteen hours with no screens working was the perfect opportunity for my four-year-old to practice his meditation skills. I'm pretty sure we have achieved enlightenment now.

But what really impressed me was the customer service skills of your ground staff.
