I'm building Tuski in public.
Goal: $0 โ $1,000 MRR by Oct 31.
Tuski lets your AI agent (Claude, Hermes, any MCP client) find leads and verify emails with one prompt.
I'll share every number here, good and bad. ๐ฆญ
Before you A/B test subject lines, A/B test your list.
Send the same email to two different segments. If one stays silent and the other replies, the copy was never the problem.
Volume used to hide a bad list. 10,000 sends, 1% replies, 100 conversations.
Now inbox providers punish the bounces and complaints that come with it.
Smaller list, tighter fit, every email verified. That's the only math that still works.
Your sending domain has a credit score.
Every bounce, every spam complaint, every email to someone who was never a fit lowers it. Rebuilding it takes weeks, not days.
Verify before you send. It's the cheapest deliverability fix there is.
Email is dead
Yes, it is, if you don't verify those domains first
Email is dead
Yes, it is, if you land in spam every time
Email is dead

Tuski's scout tier is built for small tests like this: describe each segment in one sentence, get web-verified companies, and see the price before anything runs. https://t.co/GHMIQRv4iA
Monday experiment for anyone whose outbound feels stuck:
Pick 3 segments you think could buy. Pull 25 companies from each. Send the same offer to all three.
By Friday you'll see which market leans in. Most teams skip this and blame the copy.
Most ICPs are too vague to search.
"B2B SaaS, mid-market" matches thousands of companies.
"B2B SaaS, 20โ200 people, selling to finance teams, hiring SDRs right now" matches the ones that might reply this week.
Add the trigger. That's the whole trick.
Preventing the fire from starting is better than waiting for the house to burn
People complain about having a bad inbox reputation
But they forget to verify their emails before sending
Be a Walrus and verify first
Send second
#tuski
Sending to emails we haven't verified. One bad list can drag down deliverability for every campaign on that domain.
It's a big part of why Tuski checks emails with real probe sends: https://t.co/GHMIQRv4iA
Friday move: build Monday's list before you log off.
Describe your ICP in one sentence and Tuski finds web-verified companies, the right people at each, and checks the emails before they touch a sequence.
Monday you start sending, not scrubbing spreadsheets.
Sales reps shouldn't waste time doing research
They must be on the phone and on demos
That's why we created Tuski
Is it for everyone? No
I only want to sell to AI-enabled reps
As my good friend Jared Robin likes to say
Out with the old
In with the new
Everyone's adding AI to outbound.
Most of it just writes bad emails to the wrong people, faster.
Fix the list first. Tell Tuski who you sell to in plain English, add 3 customers you love, and it finds more companies like them, each one checked on the live web.
