Harpal Singh Bedi, passed away this morning. He had been unwell for a few months. The most colourful and vibrant sports journalist I ever met. A friend from 1983.....A giant of the profession....Sad day 😭

After 5 days of struggle, the people of Punjab and volunteers of Dera Seechewal successfully plugged over a breach in the Dhussi Bundh of the Sutlej River at Mandhala Chhana village on Saturday afternoon.
