This is a huge deal. If Janoo ultimately loses, the VDP establishment should be blamed (and no credit to Bernie for failing to endorse too). #vtpoli https://t.co/VUdLCQLB8F
“..where I saw violence in Hebron? That’s like asking where I saw Hebron in Hebron. It’s really at every corner. [...] The mission there is not to maintain order; the mission there is to enforce Jewish supremacy.”

Settlers blocked two Haaretz journalists from reaching a home in the village and attacked them. Soldiers who arrived at the scene refused to assist the journalists. Earlier, soldiers were filmed praying with the settlers | @MatanGolanPhoto and Itai Ron
“We were stripped, thrown to the ground...many of us were tasered, some were sexually assaulted.”
Global Sumud Flotilla organisers say freed activists faced abuse while in Israeli detention, including at least 15 reporting incidents of sexual assault https://t.co/RmDPuZHKoj
🔴 An immediate threat called solidarity. Today, we came to Umm al-Kheir with @RHRIS to plant trees with the community and our partners from the village. The IDF blocked us.
Settlers burn villages while the IDF either participates or looks on but solidarity, it seems, is the real threat here. Sorry for interfering with your ethnic cleansing.

A glaring omission from this article is DOC’s new risk containment policy. DOC has options to release folks & it is actively taking steps to keep the population high. https://t.co/rO9dPYziWW via @sevendaysvt
VT state Sen. Samuel Douglass participated in racist text thread. Will VT GOP leaders like @PhilScott4VT pressure him to resign? #vtpoli https://t.co/y8uhPRgxQP
Republicans should have to watch videos of parents telling their kids they might not be able to watch their favorite PBS kids shows. Telling my son he might not get to watch Odd Squad and Dinosaur Train was heartbreaking.
The IDF Spokesperson has just released its account of the incident in which 15 rescue workers were killed in Gaza. In a word? Cover-up.
The investigation is riddled with contradictions, vague phrasing, and selective details. The only "serious" disciplinary action taken: the dismissal of the deputy commander of Golani’s elite unit. His reported “failure” was submitting an incomplete account of the incident. In other words, he lied.
We all remember when the IDF claimed that the ambulances emergency lights weren’t on — and then we saw the footage proving otherwise. Not every lie has a video to expose it, but this report doesn’t even attempt to engage with the truth.
Another day, another cover-up. More innocent lives taken, with no accountability.
Bonus: The report dedicates an entire paragraph to praising the dismissed officer. Here's a part of it:
“The deputy commander of Golani's elite unit is a highly decorated officer, whose military service and personal story reflect a spirit of combat, volunteerism, and deep dedication.”
