The Anthony Gordon thing is a weird one for me as an Everton fan. There were lots of things about him I didnโt like, but he also came through at a bad time for the club and we lost a huge talent. Now going to Barca says a lot about how we let them slip away. Lookman as well.
We look like weโve been told not to play or attack. Which would be a lot easier to stomach than accepting that this is actually the way Everton are going to end their season.
NGL pretty envious of Villaโs success. Canโt hate on what theyโve been able to achieve. Emery is among the best managers and probably should get more recognition than he does.
Hope to see Everton also end their trophy drought soon.
Seamus Coleman โ one of our greatest-ever servants and captains โ has announced his proud Everton playing career spanning more than 17 years will come to an end when his contract expires next month.
Thank you for everything, Seamus. ๐
I think we can forget how bad we were before Moyes. The fact weโre even talking about any European spot needs to be considered.
We wasted a lot of chances but that means we created chances. Proud of our boys for fighting the entire match and playing with dignity for the badge.
All the focus will be on the significance of Cityโs solitary point. But this was a significant point and performance for Everton, showcasing their new stadium as an adrenalin arena, still in with a chance of Europe and a reminder of the calibre of their players & manager #EVEMCI
That was a fantastic performance by Everton. Weโre positive, aggressive, and looking to win the match. It took world class goals for City to get the draw. Had Ndiaye taken his chances, it wouldโve been a much different story. UTFT
Brilliant performance from our lads, deserved the 3 points there, absolute sucker punch as that would have been a massive 3 points for Europe. Can't be dissapointed with that.
