@AmazonUK @AmazonHelp So Amazon claimed to have "handed to resident" a large dangerous cleaver knife, yet there is no sign of it and no card to say it has been left somewhere. This is not supposed to happen anymore, what happened to showing ID before collection? Very dangerous

@metpoliceuk so @AmazonUK have lost a parcel, which is obvious from the messaging that it has simply been delivered to the wrong address. Amazon are telling me to log it with the police as a crime of theft and get a crime number. Is this right? Is it really theft?

The @CrowdStrike flagship AI based Falcon product is used globally and seems to have caused the problem, but @Microsoft is taking the hit.
