@ComEd There is no way 90% of customer's affected have their power back. Look at your own outage map. Seemingly everything south of I-55 is still without power going on 3 days.

Looking at the @ComEd outage map, it looks like someone needs to remind ComEd that south of I-55 exists. It's been three days without power. Seemingly the only person working is the one who keeps pushing back the estimated time of restoration.
