Tosfot- gemara refers to pregnancy as euphemism for conception as it is cleaner language.

Competing claim: because woman is attempting to win money from husband, burden of proof resides on the party who is extracting the claim.

R Huna- in dispute if one party claims with certainty and the other is only a maybe, court compelled to side with certainty.
