@NPCI_NPCI I have made a transaction for Rs.2000 to set up UPI lite via BHIM app. Amount was debited and it's not reflected into my wallet from 30th Mar onwards. Please let me know how to beg with Govt. to get my money back.

I have registered a complaint with BHIM already. From that time I didn't get any updates from them. I even tried to contact customer service directly using 18001201740 but the person picking up the call is like "squeezing water from a stone".

and it's not reflected in my BHIM wallet till date (Jul-6 2024). I have checked this with my bank and they confirmed no issues with them.

In a #DigitalIndia As a new user of the BHIM app I am trying to register for the UPI lite feature, for that I have loaded Rs. 2000 to my UPI wallet on 30th of March 2024 where the money was deducted from my bank account #DigitalIndia
