@Olacabs My CRN: 10917146209. I booked a cab this morning to Badlapur. Driver Sumit accepted ride and later on told that he won't pick me up as he doesn't go to Badlapur. I complained via app & it responded as action will be taken against the driver but instead charged me Rs 50
