It's s been over 2 months since I filed an insurance claim (pending since 7 April), yet there is no update despite multiple followups.

But unfortunately no one has reached out or no solution given on mail and not even got any response. So take it on priority please and resolve the same..can't keep following up again and again.

I've already managed to pay 2 months of EMIs while waiting for the claim to be processed. The purpose of insurance is to support customers during difficult times, not leave them struggling and chasing responses.
