@ashleymcnamara Most cheese only has trace amounts of lactose... so low that most lactose intolerant people can eat many varieties, especially the harder cheeses. We make our own queso blanco, and greek style yoghurt thick as cream cheese, and clotted cheeses.

@happyloner Since it it a repetetive damage injury and/or sensitivity, I'd skip acupuncture and foot massages... would be like stabbing and rubbing a scrape to heal it. Better support and allowing healing to happen seem more prudent. In rare cases some procedures improve support.

Powershell is great, but only if the instances are reporting service availability. In this disparate "cloud" paradigm most of us work in now, that gets even dicier.
