@SteeloCity It’s also in worse shape if he didn’t have 3 RBIs. It was an 8-3 lead going into the bottom of the 7th and even for our horrific bullpen this is a new low
@BobSmizik Agreed but he can also add in the Nick Yorke role where he can pinch-hit versus lefty. Can’t be worse than Yorke who’s 0 for his last 10.
I’d love to see Valdez over Ozuna at this point as well.
@SteeloCity And that’s why you leave him in that spot. Yes Horowitz and Griffin can do that. But until he gives you a reason to remove him, you let him keep driving in runs with dinky singles
@SteeloCity Nicky G is leading the team with runners in scoring position by hitting .389. Horowitz is 2nd at .306 and Griffin at .294.
I’d agree with moving Ozuna down and those two up. But moving Nicky G anywhere else right now does not make sense
@StoolBaseball@ChrisKlemmer@BarstoolHubbs@martymush@TomScibelli I don’t mean this maliciously, does @martymush watch games outside of the AL East? I know he knows ball but I’m not sure he’s watching all of the teams so he’s just spitballing based off record.
The Reds are NOT a top 10 team. And the Phillies beat up on bad teams
