Ordered an item from TataCliq @TataCLiQFashion@TataCLiQCare and now got a call from a person claiming to be TataCliq associate and asked me to pay the exact same amount of my order once again through a QR again and once it is done, TataCliq will refund my money paid as prepaid.

@anmolarora_tw Same here, after a periodic service within 1 month I had engine oil mixed with coolant and from that time onwards visiting the service centres 2-3 times sometimes in a month or at least once in every month, replaced clutch, seals, and still it is not in a perfect riding condition
Sharing more context:
This is purely my own experience with a Tata Nexon (Top model - Dark edition) since 2022. I’m not questioning the cars here, the biggest issue has been the after sales service and support and constant headache it comes with.
Over the last 4 years:
• Almost every service visit fixed one issue but created two new.
• Parts never available, had to leave my car in workshop for 30+ days
• One incident, I was called to pick-up the car after 30+ days, shocked to see broken glass pieces still on the driver’s seat and paint stains on interior. Didn’t even wash/clean the car.
• During another repair, it was left outside in rain and harsh sunlight for nearly 2 months causing rusting from inside.
• After the repair, the car came back with new issues like poor mileage, gearbox misses, AC problems and random noises because it clearly wasn’t tested properly.
• I’ve also faced battery failures, inst. cluster going blank suddenly while driving, headlights fusing, suspension issues and the car even stopped in the middle of the road once with electrical systems failing.
• Most of the time, the response was simply, “Bring the car again, we’ll check.”
This wasn’t just 1 bad experience, but a series of repeated service visits, poor workmanship and no accountability in last 4 years. After trying all comm. channels for resolution, my last resort is to post it here on X.
Brand new Tata Sierra Adventure Plus. 4 breakdowns in just a few days. Multiple technician visits. Software updates. I’ve lost all confidence in this vehicle. @TataMotors@TataMotors_Cars. arrange a buyback or replacement with a Sierra EV. Kindly resolve this asap. #TataSierra

One of the most horrific experience of buying an Iphone at Unicorn which is an authorised Premium Retailer of @Apple
I walked into the Hazratganj,Lucknow store of Unicorn knowing exactly what to buy. Asked the sales guy to get the same billed. In the next 2 mins the phone was at the billing counter with a phone cover & screen guard accessory.
I simply asked him to remove the same, but he did not budge insisting its under some offer & cannot be billed without the same. After arguing for 5 mins he gave up & asked the billing person to bill the same. Dont know how the system could now bill just the phone. I just got it billed & paid.
After the billing , the sales guy asked me to open the box which was absolutely okay. Following which he insisted that the phone needs to be switched on & activated in the store itself. I didnt want to activate or switch it on there at the store, since it was meant to be gifted.
He had the audacity to say ‘You cannot take the phone out of the showroom without activating’. The phone has been paid for & now belongs to me, how can a sales person just do this?
I put my foot down, that i will not activate or switch on the phone. Either you cancel the transaction or let me take the same.
After 20 mins of policy lecturing by the apple team & the store manager, I was finally able to take the phone without activating.
I just want to ask @AppleSupport that is this a Global or National level policy by you? If not why such policies are being enforced to the customer at a local level which is spoiling the while experience of buying an Apple Product
