@littlecaesars Tried calling your customer service, haven't spoken to anyone, been on hold for over 1 hour and 30 minutes. Do you have that many customer service issues that I would need to wait this long?
It's been a month since my car went in to the @chevrolet dealer here in Kalamazoo Michigan. They're still waiting for GM to correct their system that is incorrectly showing my 2021 car doesn't have warranty. Can't get a hold of anyone to help at GM. I'm without car. #frustrated
@WolverineMutual We were considering switching to you but it seems you're years behind with technology. That worries me. I was asked to meet in-person with my Insurance Agent to sign papers, Wolverine doesn't offer e-signature. Seriously? It's 2024! Come on!

Assisting my 80yo neighbor with her TracPhone, I'm in the online support with an agent trying to get the APN updated on this Samsung Galaxy to fix her cellular Internet and MMS not working... it's like talking with someone that's never done this before. Ugh.
