The Chief Minister is trying to intimidate Vice Chancellors for attending an RSS programme. RSS is not a banned organisation, and no university rule prohibits VCs from participating in its events. If the government believes a violation has occurred, it should act legally instead of issuing threats. These statements are nothing but an attempt to appease Jamaat-e-Islami and SDPI while targeting a nationalist organisation that has served the nation for a century.
@PMOIndia@AmitShah@NitinNabin@BJP4India@BJP4Keralam
Who has the majority stake in SCCL?
The Telangana Govt.
Who is in power in Telangana?
Congress party.
Who flagged the disappearance of Rs. 1600 crore worth of Coal?
Union Minister.
Who should be blamed?
Modi Govt!
Some people here are absolutely crazy, really.
They will blame the Modi Govt for what is an obvious Congress party scam.
The Congress party that has reduced itself to the political successor of the Muslim League in Keralam is now demanding apologies from the 3 Vice-Chancellors merely for attending an RSS event ?
From Nehru to Rahul Gandhi, how much further will Congress go in its pursuit of minority appeasement?
Is engaging with RSS that represents millions of Indians now a crime?
Congress has no problem with endless minority appeasement, but loses its mind when someone is associated with an organization rooted in India's civilizational ethos.
Both state and national media covered this news about anti-Hindu and rice bag convert Prakash Raj.
His role in Dharmasthala sabotage is exposed.
He tweeted he will talk to media in couple of days.
This is huge and we need entire media talking about this.
Just imagine the outrage if any educationalist was hounded by BJP for attending an anti-BJP event or an Iftar. The same people would suddenly declare that FoE, secularism etc are under attack.
The irony is, he's in alliance with Muslim League and is lecturing others on communalism.
Day by day, the Congress falls to new lows of appeasement.
Now, Congress wants Vice Chancellors to apologise for attending an RSS event. Will they also call Mahatma Gandhi’s visit to RSS camps in 1934 and 1947 a “grave lapse” and demand an apology for it?
Will they also call Pandit Nehru’s invitation to the RSS to participate in the 1963 Republic Day Parade a “grave lapse” and demand an apology?
On one hand, Congress remains hand in glove with the Muslim League; on the other, it lectures the nation on secularism.
For Congress, the Muslim League and Jamaat-e-Islami are secular, but the RSS is communal.
The RSS is a socio-cultural organisation that has dedicated itself to nation-building.
People should know the real face of Congress.
Let us be very clear and honest with the people of Keralam, CM @vdsatheesan
Someone who has normalised radical Islam, anti-Constitution, anti-secular organisations like Jamaat-e-Islami and who is in power only - repeat - only, because of support of Muslim League + Jamaat-e-Islami, MUST NOT EVER TALK ABOUT SUPPORTING SECULARISM OR RESPECTING THE CONSTITUTION.
It is unacceptable that a CM who takes an oath to uphold law and Constitution is now intimidating Vice-Chancellors for attending a public program with the respected head of @RSSorg@DrMohanBhagwat ji.
Keralam CM conveniently forgets that his own government was formed at the mercy of radical outfits like Jamaat-e-Islami and the SDPI- forces that openly advocate for an "Islamic Republic" in India.
He lectures about secularism while sharing power with a Muslim League minister who proudly declares, "Religion, Religion, Religion is important to us.”
The days of treating the BJP and RSS as a way to distract people and fear-monger for Muslim Malayalee votes are over.
People of Keralam now know that when it comes to vote-bank politics and appeasement, the @INCIndia and the @cpimspeak are not two but one. Randalla, Onnanu!
To the CM, I say this clearly - Malayalees will fearlessly express their nationalism and stand proudly with leaders who put the #NationFirst 🇮🇳
This is the change. And this is only the beginning.

When Jihadis ran riot on Mumbai’s streets, MNS was silent.
When Amar Jawan Jyoti was attacked, MNS was silent.
But a temporary white strip for Jain Gurus has suddenly become “cultural terrorism.”
Their problem isn’t with extremism. Their problem is with peaceful Hindus and Jains.
You are quite senior to me but my frustration with the policy initiatives and the mindless buybacks with our IT majors when they should have been buying operating AI businesses forces me to ask:
‘Were you sleeping all these years?’
This is big: all access to Mythos and Fable AI models disabled for everyone outside America.
First thoughts:
1. Technology is the ultimate weapon. National sovereignty, national security, all of it is now about technology.
2. Globalization is dead and Bharat must find her own way ahead.
We must keep these two ideas in mind.
What can our government do right now? Ensure that orgs in India embrace smaller models, both Indian and Chinese open source ones. With a bit of effort, we can make them work. Anyway, why pay money to people who don't even want to sell to you?
We must deepen our R&D. Sarvam has been on it and we have been on it but remember that the latest models cost not only huge GPU budgets to train, the GPUs themselves are restricted. So we can't afford the scale of money (of the order of $100+ billion to even get in the game!) and even if we could come up with the money, we can't get all the GPUs. I would not like to ask the government to fund tens of billions of dollars on this anyway - the money has far better uses.
Zoho has been pursuing alternative R&D approaches that are far, far less expensive but by its nature cutting edge R&D takes time and we are patient. I am confident we will get there.
Any remaining people in India who have delusions about globalization should wake up now.
India doesn't need to lead the world in building the most advanced AI models. But it must lead in ensuring benefits of AI are widely shared.
@rvenk and I have an op-ed in The @EconomicTimes

@TVMohandasPai@narendramodi@NandanNilekani US restriction on Fable 5 is not a problem of Modi Government nor needs to fixed by GOI, but the private IT sector.
The GOI can't develop advanced AI or IT solutions.
Today is the day for private IT sector to step up with a plan and lead the country.
Spoke to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio this evening. I reiterated India’s strong protest at the attacks by the US Navy in the Gulf that killed three Indian mariners. Such lethal actions against commercial shipping are not justified.
Let me give you another example- Vedanta’s copper plant in Tuticorin was shut down after violent protests and guess what who’s getting more money from copper export?
CHINA, a direct beneficiary!
This plant was fulfilled 38% demands of India but was made to shutdown.
Thats how they’ve been bleeding us but treachery in democracy is allowed in the name of FoE, Activism and what not.
The operator of MT Settebello has publicly rejected US claims that the tanker was linked to Iran or Iranian oil and accused Washington of carrying out an "unprovoked military action" against a civilian merchant vessel.
The company says no warning was received before the strike and has demanded an independent international investigation into the deaths of three Indian seafarers.
This story is getting harder to ignore.
